1. Agreement Overview
This agreement outlines the terms under which services are provided by Pri.promo to the Client. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Scope of Work
Each project includes concept development, storyboarding, animation up to 60 seconds, audio integration, and two rounds of revisions. Final delivery is in 1080p HD. Raw files are available upon request.
3. Payment Terms
100% payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable once pre-production has begun.
4. Credit Utilization (Bundles)
Video credits must be used within the agreed timeline. One carryover per month is permitted. Credits not used within 30 days after the final package month will expire. Extensions are billed at 10% of the total package cost per month.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Two revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed starting at 10% of the project cost, depending on the scope. Major changes require a formal Change Order.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights transfer to the Client upon full payment. Pri.promo retains the right to showcase the work publicly after it is made public by the Client and may list the Client’s logo for portfolio use.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must respond to feedback or requests within 2–4 business days. Delays may impact the timeline. If a project is inactive for 50+ days after pre-production begins, it may be considered abandoned.
8. Approval & Delivery
Final approval is expected within 3 business days. If no feedback is provided, the deliverable will be considered approved. Rejections must be supported with a clear explanation.
9. Force Majeure
Delays due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or technical failure) will result in reasonable timeline extensions.
10. Confidentiality
All information, assets, and communication exchanged during the project will remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties. This obligation continues after the project ends.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in case of a material breach. A 10-day written notice must be provided, giving the other party a chance to remedy the issue.
